Employment agency Manpower is looking for a laboratory technician for a company in Geleen.

As a lab technician you will join the High Throughput team and you get to be part of an international, multi-disciplinary team. Your main focus lies with supporting technology development projects. All while strictly following operating procedures to ensure safety for you and your colleagues. The tasks you will perform to ensure this, are as follows:

• Executing routine polymer sample preparations and characterization experiments
• Safely operating a laboratory unit to secure quality of the solvent used for analysis
• Collecting and archiving experimental data and observations and monitoring the used equipment
• Conducting scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• Making sure your workplace is clean, organized and safe

Functie-eisen

• At least a MLO level 4 degree in Life Science, Biochemical or Food Process Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology or similar

• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
