Laden...- Monitoring system/application- performance and troubleshooting issues;
- Making sure that all 1st and 2nd line tickets are resolved as quickly as possible;
- Configuring, Scripting and maintaining the applications and devices;
- Providing day to day support to the Customer Service agents;
- Building and operating SaaS platforms.
Functie-eisen
- You have a degree within the IT field;
