Recruit and select candidates, sign contracts, handle proper administration, know how to translate a candidate into an employee, weekly contact with candidate, client and colleagues, proper use of social media tools and software tools, identify difficulties and suggest improvements, provide advice when needed, provide tours when needed, verify accommodation, write job advertisements, write proposal profiles, facilitate accommodation and transportation.

You will be working in the EU team, this team consists of more than 10 colleagues of different nationalities. Together we are responsible for the placement of EU workers. Teamwork is our main priority, as well as pleasure at work and motivation. Within our organization, you can make your own path and will have plenty of room for your own initiative.

Functie-eisen

You have a good command of Portuguese, Spanish (preferred) and English/Dutch languages, you are communicatively strong, able to organize, able to work independently but also in a team, not afraid to take initiative, able to set the right priorities. You have a great sense of responsibility, are proactive, enthusiastic and have a high capacity of persuasion.
