Manpower is looking for an HR manager for a logistics company in Breda.

As HR manager, you will be providing a full spectrum of human resources and administrative support, such as recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, training, and performance management. Furthermore, you will be:

• Participating in the full cycle of recruitment and selection
• Assisting in reviewing and implementing HR policies
• Liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure excellent service delivery
• Providing professional HR advice
• Implementing projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Functie-eisen

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
• At minimum eight years of experience working in HR at a sizable company
• Well-versed in the Dutch Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel and skilled in using Payroll systems
• Good command of the spoken and written English language, as you will be communicating and documenting in this language
• Availability of 40 hours per week
• Preferably immediate availability

Additionally, a good command of spoken Mandarin and written Chinese will be an advantage in your work, but is not required.
