The Business Office department plays a central role within the organization. In addition to the production planning, the transport planning also takes place here and the stocks of raw materials and semi-finished products are ordered and managed. In addition, the Forwarding and Warehouse departments also fall hierarchically under the head of Planning & Logistics. In total, there are approximately 10 employees working in these departments. The Head of Planning & Logistics reports directly to the Production Manager and is a member of the staf.

Job Requirements
You are responsible for the logistics processes and the implementation of the employer’s logistics policy and its optimization. You set operational goals with regard to planning, inventory management and physical distribution and work them out. You record company data, analyse it and know how to steer it. Consultation and close cooperation between the various production departments and also commercial departments takes place regularly to ensure delivery reliability and quality to customers. You have demonstrable, managerial, experience and manage 5 employees directly and 5 employees indirectly in a coaching manner.

Salary and Benefits
You have an HBO working and thinking level and demonstrable experience with logistics and production processes, as well as with supporting ERP systems. (MS dynamics experience is an advantage). You lead from your experience in a coaching way. Obviously, it is important that you have good analytical qualities and a practical problem-solving ability. You have a clear vision about your field and have good communication skills.
