The position

This Graduate Trainee position would suit someone seeking a career in the software solutions industry. Educated, confident, well presented, with strong communications skills and interest in IT the successful candidate will have the drive to learn quickly, to develop new skills and the ambition to advance rapidly within the business. The initial placement will be for one year in our UK helpdesk team, during which you will learn both our software and processes along with the skills to effectively deal with incoming queries. After this period, continued employment is possible within any of the departments of either the UK business or the Dutch business based in Utrecht. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, commercially aware, customer focussed, ambitious and motivated to progress within the business.

Responsibilities

• Helping clients in the use of our own software and associated packages.
• Case management and processing.
• Identifying solutions to client’s issues.

Experience and skills required

• A confident, well presented, enthusiastic person with attention to detail.
• Great communication skills
• Good general IT skills.
• Graduate
• Willingness to take a one year secondment to Nottingham, England

The Package

• Full training and support provided by a very experienced team, 25 days annual leave. Relocation expenses.
• 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Salary: negotiable
