What are you going to do:

Our brand new YoungCapital team in London is ready to welcome a new team member. They recently made a kick-start as the second YoungCapital team in the UK (after Birmingham) and are already happy to expand the team with a full-time recruitment consultant. 

As a full-time recruitment consultant at YoungCapital in London you will have lots of responsibilities in a 360 degree role. This entails searching for interesting client prospects (B2B) in the area. You can reach out to them by phone, or visit them in person to discuss the service that you can offer. Once you’ve sealed the deal, your search for matching candidates starts. By using various recruitment tools and tasks, you work towards the best possible match for your clients. For this part, you can use our huge database, which is full of job seeking candidates, or you can be creative and go beyond the beaten track. After the matchmaking, you take good care of both your clients and candidates by managing the relations. Last but not least, you make sure your administration is always up-to-date. 

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • You bring in new business in order to increase the customer portfolio of the team. 
  • By using various tools and tasks, you recruit and select the best possible match for your clients, within set deadlines. 
  • Administrative tasks are also a very important part of the job. 
  • In order to create growth, building and maintaining a good working relationship with your (new) clients is key.

  • Minimum hbo level or equivalent ability – At least finished BTEC levels;

  • A positive personality, full of energy to find new challenges, and a strong communicator;
  • A teamplayer will enjoy building the YoungCapital brand in the UK and therefore has a long term commitment.
