As full time customer service employee working at an international company, you work in an ambitious environment and an international team. This company produces digital displays for indoor and outdoor use, supplying a wide range of international clients. This company looks at success as a team effort and wants you to be a part of that.

What are you going to do?
You are the front line of technical support, answer pre- and after sales calls and support the technical team to maintain and update the CRM. You fulfill this role in an international team and speak to clients from all over the EMEA region. Also, you manage some small projects. In short, this multi-faceted role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment where you will be rewarded for taking responsibilities

Who are you?
You are an approachable and client-focused professional. You are fluent in English and preferably speak another European language. Besides, you have a technical background and a few years of experience in a customer service role. Above all, you are an enthusiastic and eager employee that wants to contribute to the success of their team.
