In the position of forklift driver you have a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.
You are the contact person between the organization and the distribution center. You maintain close contact with the shuttle driver and the productionfloor/expedition. On the basis of this you independently make a schedule. It is therefore very important that you are aware of what is going on in the different departments. Something can always change, so it is important that you can switch quickly and communication is key!
Your regular tasks include:
• Driving the lift truck
• Loading and unloading the trucks
• Keep in touch with the shuttle driver and the shipping / production floor
• Checking incoming goods / raw materials
• Creating invoices for the outgoing goods
Are you someone who likes to work independently and who likes to drive a forklift but also wants to take on multiple tasks? Then this is the position for you!
Functie-eisen
• In possession of a valid forklift truck certificate;
• No problems with working in a cold environment;
• You speak fluent english;
• Available between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.
