Job Description

Intercel is seeking a financial controller who wants to further develop within a growing organization and sustainable market. As a financial controller at Intercel, you have the opportunity to progress to a management position.
You will contribute to the further development and strengthening of the financial processes within the organization and are responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports. This is a challenging and varied role where you will have the chance to prove yourself and grow within the company.
Key tasks include:

– Preparing financial business cases and conducting investment analyses;
– Developing standard reports, tools, and processes to improve the production of financial budgets, forecasts, and reports;
– Preparing and reviewing budgets and forecasts;
– Preparing periodic management reports (including KPI analysis to support senior management in decision-making);
– Responsible for timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing and annual reports.
Additionally, you are responsible for communication with accountants and providing them with the necessary reporting information. With your clear communication style, you are a connecting factor both internally and externally

Job Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting;;
– At least 5 years of experience in financial control;
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
– Knowledge of financial regulations and laws;
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
