You will support 2 (expat) Board members in their daily business. You are responsible for complex diary management as well as international travel arrangements (transport, hotels, visa, etc.). Meetings are both online as well as f2f and you need to prepare this in an efficient way keeping different time zones in mind. Administrative tasks which come along (expenses, reports, etc.) belong to your responsibilities as well and occasionally you will organize (in- and external) events. Your managers might also ask for some support when it comes to private matters (translation, tax- and residential matters, etc.).

You are a self-starter and capable of working within a fast-paced organisation. You have excellent organisational skills and you are no-nonsense, service minded and able to take ownership and responsibility. Pro-active, flexible and a pleasant teamplayer. You are an excellent communicator (both Dutch and English) and are able to easily cooperate with several kinds of people (cultures, levels). Reliant, stress resistant and a structured and efficient way of working.

- Higher vocational education
- Proven and relevant recent experience as an Executive Assistant within an international company
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Zoom and SharePoint is a plus
- Excellent collaboration skills
