As a senior and experienced Engineer in the field of Enterprise Web Gateways you must be able to work in small and large teams but also work independently and actively search for answers and solutions in a complex technical enterprise environment. We expect you to actively work on the continuous improvement of our IT services by utilizing current and future solutions in our datacentres and in the cloud. You collaborate with other teams to find, design, build, test and implement solutions for the Rabobank. 

Our department:

Within the Collaboration & Productivity department the Internet Gateway Services team is responsible for the global services that provide Internet access for the Rabobank. These services are essential for the Rabobank and are used 24*7 by more than 40.000 users in the whole world.

Your profile:

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level, IT related 
• High proficiency in speaking, reading and writing English 
• Knowledge and experience with Agile, Lean and ITIL 
• Should have experience in writing documentation, MEMO’s and design documents, and handing over to other teams 
• The ability to analyse and troubleshoot in a logical manner in order to rectify customer issues efficiently 
• Personal drive to learn and work with new technologies and products as required with a strong focus on cloud transformation and zero trust models 
• Multiple years’ experience in a similar sized complex enterprise infrastructure environment with; 
• Proxy Services, especially Forcepoint and Zscaler 
• Solid Networking skills at layer 3 and above 
• Working Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise Network Infrastructure. 
• Experience troubleshooting network issues and familiarity with the necessary tools. 
 

In-depth knowledge of; 

o Expert knowledge of protocols such as HTTP, SSL, FTP, DNS 
o Network Protocol Analyzers (tcpdump, Wireshark) 
o Network Security (SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS) 
o Authentication systems such as LDAP, MS AD, ADFS 
o VPN technologies such as IPSec and VPN clients 
o Web browsers and PAC-files 
o Scripting knowledge would be appreciated
