As a German KYC analyst, you are responsible for investigating customer data in order to prevent possible credit card fraud. This also includes blocking the card on time in order to minimize the financial damage to the bank. To conduct your analyses, you will use special systems and customer portfolios. In addition, you are in regular contact with your customers and educate yourself with the latest information on fraud prevention.
