Customer support and operations representative – Amsterdam Office.

Keepgo, a leading mobile data provider, is expanding and seeking a Customer support and operations representative for our office in Amsterdam.
Must be fluent in English (Mother tongue level). We provide training, but ideal candidates will be flexible self-starters with solid technical background, excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch T2 technical support across a variety of web-based platforms and occasionally over the phone and online chats.
Ensure client concerns and problems are resolved in a timely manner.

Operating and managing orders of Keepgo clients.

Managing EU office product stock
Shipping of Keepgo products in EU and other countries

Job Qualifications:

Be comfortable in a role working as the authority for a multitude of technical topics.

Must be eligible to work in Amsterdam.

Must have experience in customer service and/or tech support.

Proactive thinker.

English- mother tongue level – advantage

Dutch – Very high level.

Strong MS Office skills with familiarity of Zen desk preferred (not required).

Must be customer oriented and serviceable.

Available to work full time job Monday to Friday.
