Do you have a passion for sports and IT?
For our client, Tennis Australia (TA), we developed League Manager and Match Centre. The Manager is the core solution to setup, manage, analyze and communicate leagues. The Match Centre (front-end) offers responsive and engaging websites and mobile apps tailored for TA (http://leagues.tennis.com.au).

We are composing a team of (4) customer support employees who can work during the nighttime and in the morning to serve our overseas customers. Purpose is to support our customers (second line of support) with specific questions in regards to our league management software, web portal and mobile apps.

Your job is to answer the incoming questions and to document the questions logically into our CRM system. Our target group exists of 14.000+ organizations (clubs, states, districts, associations etc.) and 1.1+MLN players.

 

Main Tasks

  • Answering Support Questions (second line);
  • Handle and Manage these questions via our CRM Ticket System (JIRA);
  • Follow up on Questions;
  • Enrich our Q&A Database;
  • Provide Operations daily with a status report and recommendations for improvement.

 

Your Profile

  • MBO+
  • HBO/WO-students ideally studying Computer Science;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Affinity with Sports and specific Tennis is a preference;
  • Available for five nights and mornings per four weeks (1.00 am – 7.00 am and the other week from 7.00 am till 10.00 am);
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service or eager to learn quickly;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Must be detail oriented and possess excellent problem solving skills;
  • Self managed and a team player;
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office and preferably knowledge of CRM systems);
  • Available immediately.

Data Productions employs people within its holding group to companies that operate solely in the field of Sports and IT. Data Productions employs over 30 people in a variety of functions.

 

Our Offer

We offer a part time position (40 hours in 4 weeks), for six months at first. You will work in a schedule with three more colleagues for five nights and five mornings per four weeks (Sunday night till Thursday night). In this schedule you are free to swop shifts in consultation with your co-workers. We offer a competitive salary with an addition for nighttime.
