Responsible for processing service request and complaints for dealers, distributors and
end-users from Europe. Creating service orders in Dynamics. Prepare orders for
warehouse. Technical support for customers.
• Process orders from mail/fax and phone
• Process and document complaints using Freshdesk
• Technical helpdesk for customers
• Register QA’s in the Canadian system using Salesforce
• Participate in quality meeting with Canada
Functie-eisen
• MBO+/HBO diploma or obtained by working experience.
• Familiar with customer service and inside sales in general.
• Previous experience with an ERP System (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
• Proficiency in MS Office with advanced experience of MS excel, Outlook and
PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong organizational and team skills with ability to meet changing priorities in a fastpaced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Ability to identify problems, visualize and implement best solutions
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Dutch (German
