Do you speak and write excellent English and also another language? Awesome, because we are in search of a temporary fulltime coordinator Trade Show for the next five months to come. So continue reading.
As a coordinator you will be responsible for various administrative processes of visitor registration. You will be the main contact and answer all questions from visitors regarding their registration for the trade show (visitor registrations/web forms/phone calls/e-mails). You will be helping the visitor department and office wide with additional administrative tasks.
Your responsibilities can be devided in three stages:
1. Before and during the Trade Show
- You process registration requests in our database;
- You process and verify data/company details from visitors found on the Internet and in documents submitted;
- You reply at visitor questions regarding their attendance by e-mail & phone;
- You will help with various (administrative) tasks.
2. During the annual Trade Show at the RAI Exhibition Centre, you will work in the Registration Centre onsite.
3. After the Trade Show
- You will confirm company details of visitors in permanent database;
- You will help the visitor department and office wide with any additional (administrative) tasks.
Functie-eisen
What are the requirements for the coordinator trade show position?
- You have relevant administrative and customer service working experience;
- You have an excellent command, both oral and written, of the English language and preferably one of the following languages; French, German, Spanish or Italian;
- Your work and thinking capacity is at HBO level (or MBO level with strong work experience);
- You have an excellent knowledge of and experience in working with MS Office;
Furthermore you are able to work under pressure and you are accurate, service minded and you have good communicative skills. Also you can monitor and organize your own tasks and take responsibility for your own administration.
Note!!
- Due to the busy period leading up to the trade show in May holidays cannot be taken before the show;
- It will be possible to take a day off in consultation with your manager;
- Depending on the peak times of visitor registration, overtime work may be required in April and May;
- Ascension Day and the weekend before the Trade Show (20-21 May 2023) you will have to work.
