Functie-eisen
• Je hebt een afgeronde zorg- of sociale opleiding op hbo niveau (bijv. ergotherapie, fysiotherapie, mbo-/hbo-v, social work of toegepaste psychologie);
• Je hebt aantoonbare stage- of werkervaring in de zorg;
• Je hebt bij voorkeur al enige kennis van wet – & regelgeving m.b.t. PGB;
• Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel in woord als geschrift;
• Je bent in bezit van een WFT zorg certificaat of bereid deze te halen.
