The past couple of months we’ve launched several streaming entertainment channels. Now it’s time to focus on creating the (branded) video content. To do awesome stuff and to make higher production value content. Without any compromise. Unlike other video platforms, we believe that one of the most effective ways to build an audience and create credibility is to produce video’s with great storylines. A story which invites interaction. And that’s why we need you!

DESCRIPTION

Enterpire Media Group an international media and entertainment network looking for videographers, photographers and journalists to create and produce engaging videos that is either entertaining or breaking for our users. Key competences are story hunting, story pitching and filming. Enterpire works best with AV Freelancers that are in charge of their own gear and demonstrate an ability to create original stories. Our ideal candidates demonstrate strong technical skills to film and a flair for storytelling. You must be a self-starter, happy to work on your own, as well as in a small team.

ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Pitching and producing original video stories that fit our overall mission,
• Finding daily original stories and original story angles,
• Coordinating video needs and communicating with the Co-owners & Chief Editors,
• Managing video projects throughout the entire production process,
• Assembling detailed pre-production documents,
• Producing projects within budget,
• Strategizing to maximize the use and relevance of the material shot,
• Conceptualizing and producing, short form video’s (trailers) for social media,
• Crafting creative and compelling headlines that comes with the stories,

REQUIREMENTS

• A charismatic individual that knows how to think,
• Proven track record of producing quality online video content,
• Journalism, media and/or documentary production background and experience,
• Command and hands-on knowledge on all aspects of the video creation process,
• Video Editing Skills, knows how to work with Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro,
• Passionate about strong visual storytelling & creative at finding ways to tell stories,
• Proven experience creating videos for social media platforms,
• Ability to multitask, deliver on deadline, manage several projects at once and prioritize,
• Solid grasp of social media best practices, trends and success strategies,
• Great communication skills,
• Journalistic skills. You know what questions to ask to get the right content,
• Have the initiative to pitch ideas that we can develop together,
• Knows how to adapt to new situations quickly,
• Solution oriented mentality, born trouble-shooter and team player,
• Available full-time right now.
