Your challenge

You will strengthen our enthusiastic team and be part of various exciting projects for a large portfolio of clients (market studies & audits, outsourcing/nearshoring, product development, provider/vendor selection, software implementation, process improvement, interim management,…).

Different kind of challenges but always with a common goal: to assist clients in meeting their business needs by realizing securities solutions.

As Business Analyst, you bring your expertise in the Securities domain to advise and support our clients in following tasks:

1. Analyzing the business needs
2. Writing the business requirements and functional specifications
3. Performing and/or coordinating testings

As Project Manager, you will additionally be responsible for:

1. Managing all phases and budget of the project
2. Defining an efficient planning and clear deliverables
3. Monitoring milestones and managing issues
4. Reporting progress and risks
5. Ensuring communication with hall stakeholders

Job requirements

Your profile

1. You have a Master degree
2. You have a relevant experience within the Financial Services Industry, preferably with a Consultancy Firm or within a Banking-, Brokerage-, Asset Management- or Pension Firm
3. You have a strong knowledge in some domains of Securities and/or Pension services
4. You are a good networker with excellent communication and presentation skills
5. You are strong analytical mind with outstanding organizational competencies
6. You are fluent in Dutch and in English
7. You are pragmatic and eager to help DynaFin grow
8. Other people esteem both your professionalism and sense of humor
9. Certification(s) in Lean Six Sigma, Prince2, IPMA, and/or Agile/Scrum is definitively an additional asset
