In the warehouse there are different departments. Inbound, outbound, shipping.. All the items coming to the warehouse and leaving the warehouse have to be properly booked and prepared either to be stored on the correct locations or to be properly sent and registered in the system. All our items comes from a high tech company, so you are not dealing with type of packages that we get to our homes. You are a part of a serious and responsible world-wide chain. You work fulltime in 2 shifts.

That is why your role consist of checking the labels and codes on the parcels and adding everything properly to the SAP system. In some cases you have to really be sure that what should be inside, is indeed inside the box, without damaging the safety package.

When it is done you prepare a pallet to a certain destination, or the other way round.. You took it from a pallet and you prepare it for the other employees to store it properly inside the warehouse.

Functie-eisen

-You want to work Fulltime in 2 shifts, alternating (6-15//15-00)

-Your spoken and written English are good

-You have easiness to learn new computer programs (excel, outlook, SAP).  If you know SAP then you are already step ahead 😉

-You can pay attention to details, different codes, procedures..

-You have no problem with physical activities required to handle the packages on a efficient way

-You are open to support your colleagues from time to time during the weekends, in some cases
