What are you going to do:

As a parttime German customer support agent for InShared in Leusden you will do anything to make the customers happy! You make sure you listen to the customer via phone or ask more questions to understand the customer even better. You can do you this via phone, chat or email. Of course, this is not an issue for you, since you can switch easily between these things! 

Have you ever had damage to your car? How did you feel? What did you need at that moment from the person you called to report the damage? Well, exactly that is what you will be doing! You will listen to the customer, calm the customer down and help them through this. And this all in German.

• Minimum mbo level 4 or equivalent ability
