What are you going to do:

As a Payroll specialist for BASF in Germany you will work for the Dutch or Belgian market and support the company for payroll in the respective country. Your tasks in this position include the preparation of the monthly payroll. You are also responsible for checking the correctness of the payments.

The creation of employment contracts, the creation of payment certificates or the maintenance of the HR-SAP master data are also some of the personnel administration tasks you take care of. You also make sure that all services follow the internal guidelines as well as those of the respective country. Together with your team, you will work closely with the HR Business Partners in the Netherlands or Belgium and advise and inform BASF employees on a wide range of HR topics.
