- customer invoicing for NL entity;
- Payroll & all HR related operational tasks for NL and Belgium entity;
- General Ledger reconciliations and year-end accounts;
- assistance with Month end Closing, reporting, statutory accounts and audit;
- project control;
- control of expense declarations;
- provide internal management information;
- reporting HR, Health and Safety KPI’s;
- participation in projects.
Functie-eisen
- minimum HBO Business economics;
- at least 2 year of experience in Finance and preferably experience in HR;
- good communication skills;
- detail oriented, structured;
- high level of accuracy;
- integrity;
- team working skills;
- proficient MS Office, incl Excel;
- fluent English and local language;
- ERP system, ADP (NL) or Acerta (BE).
