As Assembler, you are responsible for one of the most important steps of our space projects; the assembly and integration of aluminium (space) products and the execution of acceptance tests to check if the work is performed correctly. The majority of the integration work is done with drilling and riveting. In addition to the technical aspects, thinking along and carrying out modifications to products and molds are also part of the job.

The work is performed in our new conditioned production facilities where we work with an industrial drilling and pulling robot. You will be part of a new international team that started the production a year ago. Since the production is still in a start-up phase, you need to bring a flexible mind-set. In return, we will have some interesting challenges ready for you.

Functie-eisen

You completed a relevant lower (technical) education supplemented with 2 years of work experience as assembler or sheet metal worker in the Aerospace industry or a comparable sector. Affinity with robotisation is a plus. With two right hands, you are able to build high quality aluminium products together. On a technical content level, you provide input to solve technical problems. You master the English language in speaking and writing, and you have knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Further, you are able to use various digital tools to carry out the work.
