– work on complex systems including optical, mechanical, electrical, control, IT, and more aspects;
– propose and/or implement solutions in different engineering fields;
– affinity with subsequent testing/de-bugging of the necessary firmware/hardware;
– create and maintain documentation for stakeholders;
– participate in the definition of project and company targets and roadmaps.

Job Requirements

– experience in a similar role within a high-tech industry;
– experience in maintaining user/system/test specification requirements, FMEA, etc.
– experience managing stakeholders during all the phases of a product development
– experience in leading a multidisciplinary technical team
– knowledge in the fields of motion control, signal analysis, mechanics, optics, electronics, actuators, sensors, and testing;
– experience in multidisciplinary project work involving mechatronics, optics, electronics and software;
– knowledge of C++, Python, Linux, optics, electronics, etc.
– strong English verbal and communication skills;
– able to present yourself and necessary technical details to our customers;
– team player and builder; good interpersonal skills;
– able to work closely with a wider engineering team within the company and at our partners;
– prepared to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team while able to work autonomously;
– self-propelling, flexible, showing initiative, result driven;
– hands-on attitude and ability to have fun.
