For an international logistics company in the field of healthcare in Breda, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for the Product Finishing department. Re-pack and inspection activities take place in this department. The administrative activities will consist of:
- Arranging the documentation for all work orders;
- Coordinating and receiving incoming material and preparing the control documentation for this;
- Coordinating the weekly inventories, or cycle counting;
- Archiving all department documents;
With about 30 colleagues within the lines and about 10 colleagues in the other functions, you are responsible for the lines within Product Finishing. There is a good working atmosphere and the team does everything possible every day to perform the work as well as possible.
Functie-eisen
- You live in the Breda area;
- You have MBO work and / or thinking level;
- You have some experience in an administrative position, it is an advantage if this was in a production or logistics environment;
- You can switch quickly and work well together; you will therefore work a lot with, for example, the QA department or the PF Inspector;
- You get along well with different (computer) systems and quickly master new systems;
- You have a good command of the English language and/or Dutch language;
