Currently we are looking for an Regional Visual Manager for our Dutch, Belgium and Nordic Region. The person who will fill this roll, needs to be able to maximize branch profitability through the achievement of high standards of commercial display presentation and ongoing development of branch personnel working within company policies.

– Set a dynamic pace in the Visual Team and motivate through recognition of results

– Provide an effective and fluid network of communication between the field and the Head office team. You must give clear a constructive feedback at all times.
– Employ the highest possible interpersonal skills in order to ensure the successful marketing of the department.

Job Description

– 3+ years in retail visual merchandising apparel management or equivalent experience
– To succeed in this role you must have good presentation skills with the ability to carry out and implement tasks.
– This challenging and high profile role demands a truly exceptional individual with excellent communication skills and have the ability to provide intelligent, articulate and concise feedback
– A commercial individual with a creative personality who can establish with effective visual solutions when required.
– An ability to deliver success through motivation and development of your team ensuring all tasks are carried out punctually and to a high standard.
– Having good collaborative skills and ability to work well with a team.
– You are culturally aware. Ability to travel internationally which includes having a Driving Licence. Being multi-lingual is a plus
– Ability to meet critical deadlines and act with a sense of urgency and agility and self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
