• As Team Lead E&A you will be responsible for amongst others:
• Lead and coach an engineering team.
• Coaching the Electrical & Automation engineering team to work according to internal standards.
• Communicate with Project manager engineering, other internal stakeholders like purchasing department for offers, subcontractors, vendors.
• Lead requirement and systems engineering and review documents like specifications, drawings, plans.
• Responsible (partially) for quality of delivered work, hours, costs, planning.
• Make report for progress
• Standardisation of engineering and work processes
• Have a role in commissioning activities.
• Ensure full compliance to applicable requirements and specifications imposed by class and customer.

Functie-eisen

• Skills & experience
• Bachelor degree in preferably Electrical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.
• Min. 5years experience preferably within maritime industry.
• Experience in leading a team, large projects and technical challenging environment.
• Experience in working with and manage third-party vendors and subcontractors.
• Good coaching and leadership skills.
• Excellent in Dutch and English language (written and verbal) German is preferred.
• A pre-employment security screening is a standard part of the recruitment procedure.
• Candidates must have EU nationality (longterm)
