Manpower is looking for a warehouse supervisor for CEVA in Eindhoven.

You will be responsible for one customer and actively work on managing, coaching and developing your team. This team consists of one or two assistant warehouse supervisors and 15 to 25 colleagues. Together you will be working towards an increasingly better future, which you will do by:

• Optimizing the planning, coordination and controls
• Noticing and resolving any deviations in safety, productivity and quality
• Monitoring the progress of the entire logistics process and achieving the set KPI’s
• Reporting on the deployment of personnel, materials and resources and advising your manager on this
• Identifying bottlenecks, problems and issues in the logistics process and solving these

Functie-eisen

• Able to work and think at least at a Bachelor’s level
• At least three years of experience working as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role
• Good command of the English and Dutch languages, both spoken and written, because you will be communicating and documenting in these languages
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Availability of 40 hours per week
