Employment agency Manpower is looking for a customer service agent German and English for Smart in Almere, Utrecht, Rotterdam and Tilburg.

As a service sales agent, you will provide support to customers of Smart. This means you will be:

• Ascertaining the nature of the transaction/call and assessing whether it can be handled in place, needs to be transferred, or further follow-up is required, in order to provide clients with appropriate resolutions
• Identifying customer needs by referring to past transactions/case notes, analysing case by case as needed
• Executing routine inbound and outbound call centre activities concerning the business products/services, using alternatives as per standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, in order to meet Service Level of Agreements
• Providing customers with appropriate customized information requested
• Deriving all necessary information from customer to update database
• Escalating issues to senior levels as needed, based on reports on complaints or concerns, explaining company policies to customers

Functie-eisen

• Willingness to interact with clients, provide them with excellent customer experience resulting in a long-term business relationship
• Understanding of the importance of accuracy and quality in customer interactions
• C2/C1 level of German and B2 Level of English language is a requirement
• For the training you will need to be available up to three weeks; from Monday to Friday between 9.00 AM and 5.15 PM
• After training period working hours are flexible: based on shifts between 09.00 and 21.00, from Monday to Sunday
• Target orientation and at least one year work experience in sales
