Employment agency Manpower is looking for a German and English-speaking customer service representative for G-Star RAW in Amsterdam.

If you start in this position, you will be working as an ambassador for the G-Star Raw brand. What does that mean? It means you will solve any problem clients have concerning this company. Take for example a customer who has ordered a pair of pants that are not to their liking. Can they return it? And if so, how? Which services can they expect? You have an answer to all these questions and more! Your contact with customers will go through various channels, such as social media, telephone, email and chat. And to be able to help as many people as possible, you have studied and internalized all the internal processes and guidelines of G-Star Raw!

• Gross salary of €2,086.63 per month (€12.04 per hour)

Functie-eisen

• Work and think at a Higher General Secondary education (havo) or Intermediate vocational education level 4 (mbo-4)
• Good command of the English and German language, because you will mostly be communicating in these languages
• Experience with working in customer service, social media or in a back office position, for example as an customer support employee or information desk clerk

If you have a good command of either the Dutch of French language as well, that’s a big plus! A passion for fashion will also come in handy in this role. It’s not mandatory but if you live near Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Hoofddorp, Weesp, Zaandam of Haarlem, it will save you some travel time. There is an office in Amsterdam and Enschede
