As a Danish Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam at a big Dutch airline, you will help customers with all kind of questions by Phone, Mail or Chat. While working as a Danish Customer Service Agent, you will get a lot of different questions about Boarding, general flight informations or problems. But with your international and service-oriented Mindset, you are always happy to find solutions to every problem that might occur. A great service throughout is the most important to you and you are always happy to exceed the customers’ expectations.
Besides your passion for travel you are a flexible teamplayer, with a sense of humor!
In addition to Danish, you are also fluent in English and can communicate easily in both languages.
Before you start as a Danish Customer Service Agent in Amsterdam, you will learn everything important in a 3-weeks online training. During this time it is important that you are available full-time.
Good to know: Due to Corona you will completely work from home.

- A salary of € 11,68 gross per hour;

What we ask:
- At least finished mbo level 4
