Manpower is looking for a technical service engineer for SolarEdge in Vianen. 

A few of your main responsibilities as a a technical service engineer are:

• Troubleshooting and resolution of complex calls or service cases with higher knowledge demand
• Engaging in monitoring and troubleshooting support, supervision, and coordination of customers Solar Power Plants
• Evaluating customer needs with the support manager in the areas of service, training, logistics, and planning and execute the plan to fulfill them Identify product, documentation, and other issues impairing customer satisfaction and work with the HQ to improve them
• Assisting the sales team in technical areas and other needs to close deals
• Using and identifying needs of the monitoring database of customer installations, usage of SEDGE troubleshooting tools,
• Working proactively to help branch office meet company’s KPI’s
• Providing technical assistance and support to Tier 1 escalations Make sure every issue, call, case is documented in the database

Functie-eisen

• At least a Secondary vocational education level of working and thinking
• At least three years of experience working as a electric engineer, practical engineer or in a similar job
• Previous experience as a second level engineer in a technical environment
• Good command of the Dutch and English language since you will work with instructions in these languages
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office’s Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• IT knowledge and profound technical knowledge
• Availability of 40 hours per week

You are customer orientated and a teamplayer. Furthermore, your communicatieve and interpersonal skills are excellent. Preferably, you live near Vianen, Utrecht, Amersfoort, Hilversum, Gouda, Alphen aan den Rijn or Dordrecht.
