The role is a combination of account management and channel sales. It encompasses a diverse range of functions with several tasks aimed at generating a higher revenue. You’ll achieve this by professional and intensive account management, as well as giving advice on opportunities and market developments. You will also realise up- and cross-selling opportunities. Recommending (new) products is part of your role as well.

 

Your tasks will be:

  • managing the relationship with six sales partners, ensuring that they receive sufficient support (preparation, analysis, and reporting);
  • acting as the first point-of-contact between the sales partner and the company;
  • working closely with the Finance department to obtain good management information;
  • building and maintaining business relationships;
  • analyzing the market and identifying accounts;
  • providing support to the sales partner in both technical and organizational terms;
  • identifying the needs of the sales partner and provide advice on this subject;
  • being responsible for the budget of the sales partners and reporting to the VP Channel Sales EMEA if errors or deviations are detected;
  • carrying out a thorough administration.

Functie-eisen

  • Bachelor’s degree or proven by work experience and track record;
  • work experience in the field of commercial, sales, or account management;
  • experience in developing, building, maintaining, and managing client relationships;
  • strong, independent analytical skills;
  • proactive, enterprising, and inspiring mindset;
  • attributes such as result oriented, financial awareness, solution oriented, negotiation skills, networking, and persuasiveness;
  • a good understanding of Microsoft Office;
  • the ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds and cultures;
  • very good verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
