The organisation is in the process of building a Master Data Management and Data Warehouse tool that shall enable cross functional reporting across a number of key finance and operational systems.  

Key elements of the role include:

• the responsibility of executing the development and refinement of reports and dashboards based on established priorities and requirements;
• update daily KPI and forecasting reports for executive management;
• respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and ensure the most efficient and effective data and analysis of that data can occur;
• collaborate with key stakeholders in the business to understand their reporting needs and to design and refine new and existing reports;
• develop reports to assist in the analysis and improvement of operational efficiency and standardization;
• understand the Data Warehouse and the nuances of the data within the warehouse;
• support other colleagues with learning data elements and reporting tools;
• analyze large datasets, interpret trends, and identify actionable insights and opportunities.

Functie-eisen

• experience in using SQL or other querying language;
• experience in at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, Perl, etc.);
• experience in packages such as Python, R, MATLAB, SPSS, SAS, Stata, etc.;
• experience in using Advance Excel with ability to write Macros and Power BI queries;
• advanced knowledge of analysis, reports and dashboards creation over PowerBI;
• experience in operating strategic projects with cross-functional partners;
• experience in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance;
• excellent written communication and presentation skills;
• good knowledge of English.
