As an Adobe IT-helpdesk agent, you will be the first point of contact for Adobe customers that have service related
question as well as technical question about the Adobe programs (Photoshop, Indesign, etc.).

You will assist the customers by phone and by e-mail, ensuring ensure the best customer service satisfaction.

The languages required for this position are Spanish (native) and English (intermediate level for training and internal
communication).

A clear link to IT-helpdesk jobs in general or graphic design specifically is desired.

  • Skills needed for this position:
  • You are enthusiastic and customer-oriented;
  • You have experience in the field of customer service, IT and/or software or graphic design;
  • You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral;
  • You are are native Spanish and have good knowledge of the English language;
  • You are able to work at our office located in Maastricht (the Netherlands). You live within a reasonable distance, or
  • You are willing to relocate (we offer a relocation package: free housing for one month and we refund your plane/train
    ticket).
